Tokyo ESP Vol. 03
The White Girl is Dead. Long Live the White Girl!
Rinka is targeted by The Professor’s minions at school, with life-threatening consequences. Azuma wakes up, alone, on a deserted island, too far to help anyone.
After we get a glimpse of The Professor’s past and the true nature of the stone that creates the glowing fish, the terrorist gang’s hijacking of the Diet building (by sending it flying through the skies) further enrages the government, which has already created a detention center for everyone with ESP.
The Professor’s ultimate act will have long-lasting repercussions, as the trap he set closes in on himself…

Fully utilizing its youthful cast and themes of ESP and the paranormal, ESP is a very upbeat modern comic that should appeal to an audience much broader than just the anime/manga community.
Critics have compared Tokyo ESP to a Marvel’s X-Men franchise, often making connections to the battles between young psychics and espers, to those of the mutants seen in the X-Men series
Soon as the animated TV series of Tokyo ESP debuted in Japan, July 2014, it was immediately picked up by American film studios Funimation (Attack on Titan) for distribution in the United States.
