Title Notes:
While Maybe has had a couple of properties adapted into animated TV series or video games, Sacred Beasts will be their first comic to be translated into English.
Sacred Beasts covers genres and topics that are universally popular in media today. High fantasy, supernatural beings (vampires, werewolves, dragons, etc.) all set in a dark dystopian world where technology is relatively modern but inspired loosely by steampunk.
Maybe themselves are veterans of the manga and anime world, but they are also being supported, editorially, by some of the biggest names in Japanese publishing Kodansha’s BetsuMaga magazine editors of Attack on Titan and Flowers of Evil.
