Sawako Honna, 42, single; she works hard at a film promotion company. One night, all of a sudden, her heart palpitates, and her body goes cold… Could it be that she’s going through menopause!?

Navigating your forties is hard. You can’t work as hard as you did in your twenties, and you’re not as flippant as you were in your thirties. There’s a grief that comes from being too set in your ways, and realizing that your dreams have slipped away. When she learns about a new colleague’s terminal diagnosis, Honna decides that she needs to start making some changes in her own life — but it’s easier said than done. What sorts of dreams does she still have left?
