Minato Shouji Coin Laundry is an adaptation of Yuzu Tsubaki’s novel, titled Wash My Heart!

With Akira having settled his past romantic issues with Sakuma-sensei, Shin continues his relentless pursuit of the laundromat owner he loves so much. Just when Akira is invited to the Katsuki family Christmas party, he overhears that Asuka was in a relationship with Shuu while the two were away together. Meanwhile, Shin is set to tour a university in Tokyo, and he begs Akira to come with him!

Series Overview: Akira Minato inherits an old, run-down laundromat from his grandfather and takes the opportunity to quit his corporate job. Instead of the laid-back life he was expecting, his days are spent in a flustered panic when high school hottie Shintaro Katsuki ambles into his life…

Biographical Notes:

Yuzu Tsubaki is best known for being the author of I Cannot Reach You Official Anthology Comic and Keyaki Shoutengai Sakura no Yu.

Sawa Kanzume is best known for being the artist of Minato’s Laundromat, and for being the author & artist of Ore no Oshi ga Sekaiichi Kagayaiteiru and Haruna Nana: Haruna-san Chi no 7-nin no Onii-chan.

Title Notes:

Minato’s Laundromat is a sweet Boys’ love manga series that was adapted into a live action Japanese drama in 2022.

Boys’ love has been increasing in popularity in the last couple of years with hit series like Sasaki and Miyano.
