When popular Rei saves shy Kira from the harassing hands of her sleazy art teacher, Kira finds herself drawn to Rei and summons up the courage to let him into her world.

Rei is the school delinquent. Kira is shy and studious. What they see in each other is a mystery to their friends. What they find in each other is a miracle to themselves.

Biographical Notes:

Fuyumi Souryou is best known for being the author & artist of Taiyou no Ijiwaru, Mars: A Horse with No Name, Cesare, Mars, and ES: Eternal Sabbath. She debuted with “Sunspot Visitor” (Hidamari no houmonsha) published in the April 1982 edition of Bessatsu Shoujo Comic (now Betsucomi).

In 1988, she was awarded the Shogakukan Manga Award for shoujo manga for Boyfriend.

The serialization of her Science-Fiction series Eternal Sabbath in the seinen magazine Morning in 2002 became the turning point of her career. Her current manga series Cesare is also published in Morning, and it centers around the infamous Borgia family of the Italian Renaissance and Cesare Borgia himself.
