In search of new ingredients, Yuna heads to a port town under the thumb of a shady guild and menaced by a giant kraken. Fifteen-year-old video game addict Yuna is set for life: she funds her shut-in lifestyle by playing the stock market and then spends every other free moment playing her favourite virtual reality MMO. After a game update, Yuna receives a way-too-cute bear outfit that’s super overpowered! There’s no way Yuna would ever wear something that embarrassing, but after being sucked into a fantasy world, she might not have a choice!

Kumanano is a Japanese author known for the Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear light novels and manga.

Sergei is Japanese artist best for the Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear manga.

Title Notes:

An isekai story (Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear Vol. 07) about being transported to another world (Sword Art Online, Didn’t I Say to Make My Abilities Average in the Next Life?!, Arifureta) that’s also about video games and cute girls being cute in the moe style (Non Non Biyori and New Game!).

Seven Seas is publishing both versions of this series simultaneously: the manga version and the light novel version.

This Adult title has crossover appeal with YA audiences (rated Teen 13+).

Series is still ongoing in Japan; Seven Seas will have a planned pub whenever a new volume is released.
