Biographical Notes:

Tomato Akase is best known for being the artist of Higurashi When They Cry: Meguri and Higurashi When They Cry: Gou. He’s also known for being the author & artist of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Gou Comic Anthology.

Ryukishi07 leapt into the spotlight with HIGURASHI NO NAKU KORO NI which was originally conceived as a series of visual novels and later adapted into the popular manga and anime franchise.

The original Higurashi anime from the 2000s is considered to be one of the most iconic works of horror anime.
