Maki Murakamiis a manga creator in Japan who helped define 90s – 2000s BL manga with her hit Gravitation. Also known for the series Gamerz Heaven and Kanpai!

INFLUENTIAL BOYS’ LOVE SERIES UNDER SEVEN SEAS BL LABEL: This series, which started in 1996, was one of the main driving forces of BL’s modern popularity in North America, featuring a romance between men aimed primarily at female audiences.

RETURN OF A CLASSIC: Gravitation was published in English by TOKYOPOP in the 2000s, where it was a huge hit–the series sold in the realm of 500K copies–but it’s been out of print for about a decade. This new English release will bring the fan-favorite series back and feature a new and faithful translation.

MULTIMEDIA FRANCHISE: The manga inspired anime, drama CDs, a light novel, and various pop songs made for the characters (who are musical performers).

AGE RANGE: This Adult title is rated Older Teen (15+).
