Confidential Confessions explores the life of a lost teenager looking for answers to life’s biggest questions. Kyoko is a normal high school girl who’s trying to get good grades and please her parents. But no matter how much she studies, she just can’t seem to get the A’s her strict father demands. Her friends are into speed and encourage her to do it, too. One night, she decides to give it a try so she can pull an all-night study session. When she scores big on her next exam, she’s convinced that speed is a wonder drug. It also helps her lose weight, and soon she’s looking better than ever. When Kyoko’s high on speed, nothing can bring her down.

But as she slides deeper and deeper into addiction, it gets harder and harder for her to dig her way out. Before long, she finds herself so desperate for drugs that she’ll do anything for them including selling herself. Her parents and friends are in for the fight of their lives as they try to make Kyoko realize that drugs are nothing but bad news and a one-way ticket to a dead-end existence.
