Biographical Notes:
Xavier Dorison is a rising stars in French comics. He is the author of several successful series including “Prophet,” “The Third Testament” and “Sanctum,” as well as a noted screenwriter and script doctor. In 2006, he wrote the screenplay for the film Les Brigades du Tigre . In 2007, he started a new comic book series with Matthieu Lauffray , Long John Silver, which was a great success.
Félix Delep took a scientific baccalaureate and then stayed a year at the Atelier de Sèvres before joining the Émile-Cohl school. While he was in his final year and was considering becoming a painter, his meeting with Lewis Trondheim led Delep to publish a few pages of animal comics in Spirou, This work was spotted by Xavier Dorison. who suggested that Delep draw Le Château des animaux, a series of animal comics inspired by George Orwell ‘s Animal Farm, He is the younger brother of cellist Bruno Delepelaire.
