Biographical Notes:

Naoko Takeuchi is best known for being the original creator of Sailor Moon Super S, Sailor Moon S, Sailor Moon R: The Movie, Sailor Moon R, and Sailor Moon.

Was introduced in 1997 to Togashi Yoshihiro and started working as his assistant. They finally started dating in 1998 and got married in 1999. She Likes luxury cars and owns a Ferrari and a Porsche. Also likes to collect antiques and gems. She grew up in an affluent family.

She has won several awards including the 2nd Nakayoshi Comic Prize for Newcomers for Yume ja Nai no Ne in 1985. She also won for Love Call which won Nakayoshis New Artist award which debuted in the Nakayoshi Deluxe September 1986 issue. In 1993 she won the 17th Kodansha Manga Award for shoujo for Sailor Moon.
