What to do when you’re not entirely happy with an order.
We always treat our products with the greatest respect. They are, after all, the treasured works of amazing writers & artists. Still, every once in a while, there may be imperfections. We are dealing with the delicacy of papers, after all.
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your order, you may simply return them back to us.
What you need to do:
- Return the items within three days upon receipt.
- Wrap the items in clean paper.
- Double pad the items in bubble wrap.
- Send us the carrier’s tracking number.
As soon as we have received & checked the returned package, we’ll let you know so we can issue a refund for the books.
Important note: You will be shouldering the shipping cost.
